California AI transparency laws (SB 53 and AB 2013)
SB 53 (Transparency in Frontier Artificial Intelligence Act) covers large frontier developers; AB 2013 (Training Data Transparency Act) requires training-data disclosures from developers of public generative AI, including after fine-tuning.
